Müjgan 1 By Lucida Villas; It is a 160 m2 two-storey cottage located in Kalkan Islamlar, where you will find peace with its environment and nature friendly warm atmosphere. Our rental villa has 3 suites and bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people in total. Our wooden holiday house is one of our villas, which started to serve after the construction works were completed in the first week of May 2016. It is a luxury living room with a modern kitchen in our summer house; There is a direct exit from the lounge to the poolside. The sheltered design of the private swimming pool of our holiday home is a good advantage, especially for our conservative families and honeymooners. The villa has stunning mountain views. All rooms have air conditioning and free internet service.

- 3rd bedroom; There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

- In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses.
- In the living room, there are sitting group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, dining table and chairs.
- External Equipment; There are sun loungers, pergola, barbecue, table and chairs on the garden and pool terrace.
- The villa has a private swimming pool with excellent mountain views.
- Pool size details: Length: 7,00 m, Width: 3,50 m, Depth: 1,50 m.
- Pool maintenance and garden maintenance of our villa are done daily and garbage is taken daily.
- The villas are delivered in full and clean on the day of arrival.
- If extra cleaning is requested during my stay, there is a daily cleaning fee of 1000₺.
- It is necessary to go uphill to reach Kalkan Islamlar Area, where our villa is located. Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure.
- Since our villa is intertwined with nature; insect, fly, butterfly, etc. you can see. Disinfestation works are carried out by the villa owners.
- In our villas; The entrance time to the villa on the first day is 16:00 in the afternoon. The last day to leave the villa is at 10:00 in the morning.
Important informations
Electricity, water, gas are included in the prices, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, holiday and health insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rents the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental Conditions" stated on the www.lucidavillas.com.tr web page in advance.
Deposit
2000 Turkish Lira or equivalent Euro, American Dollar or British Pound broken, scrapped, damaged, lost, lost etc. It is taken as a deposit at the entrance of the villa, and if there is no problem, it is returned to you at the exit of the villa. General cleaning of our villa is done between hours. We would like to inform you that we will not be able to help you if you enter the villa in the early hours. We kindly ask you, our valued guests, to enter and exit the villa at the specified times.
