Palmiye By Lucida Villas; It is a summer residence located in Kalkan Kızıltaş, where you will find peace with its environment and nature friendly warm atmosphere. Our rental villa has 5 suite bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 10 people in total. Our wooden holiday house is one of our villas, which started to serve after the construction works were completed in the first week of June 2017. 5 of the suite bedrooms have their own private bathroom and toilet. It is a luxury living room with a modern kitchen in our summer house; There is a direct exit from the lounge to the poolside. The villa has stunning sea and mountain views. There is an elevator between floors in the villa. All rooms have air conditioning and free internet service.

- 4th bedroom; There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, toilet, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
- 5th bedroom; There are 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, WC, jacuzzi and balcony with sea view.

- In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses.
- There is a bathroom toilet in each room, 2 bedrooms with a parent jacuzzi, a toilet in the living room, a large L armchair and 1 single seat in the living room, a large glass table and 12 soft chairs next to it, air conditioning in each room, Wifi.

- The villa has a private swimming pool with excellent sea views.
- Pool size details: Length: 8.00 m, Width: 3.50 m, Depth: 1.50 m.
- Pool maintenance and garden maintenance of our villa are done daily and garbage is taken daily.
- The villas are delivered in full and clean on the day of arrival.
- If extra cleaning is requested during my stay, there is a daily cleaning fee of 1000₺.
- To reach Kalkan Kızıltaş, where our villa is located, it is necessary to go uphill. Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure.
- Since our villa is intertwined with nature; insect, fly, butterfly, etc. you can see. Disinfestation works are carried out by the villa owners.
- In our villas; The entrance time to the villa on the first day is 16:00 in the afternoon. The last day to leave the villa is at 10:00 in the morning.
Important informations
Electricity, water and gas are included in the prices, but flight tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, holiday and health insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rents the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental Conditions" stated on the www.lucidavillas.com.tr web page in advance.
Deposit
2000 Turkish Lira or equivalent Euro, American Dollar or British Pound broken, scrapped, damaged, lost, lost etc. It is taken as a deposit at the entrance of the villa, and if there is no problem, it is returned to you at the exit of the villa. General cleaning of our villa is done between hours. We would like to inform you that we will not be able to help you if you enter the villa in the early hours. We kindly ask you, our valued guests, to enter and exit the villa at the specified times.
